Leaders asked me to go. I went where there was a need. There were no proven paths only a few guardrails and expectations. I went where there was going to be a significance and an impact in my work.
Today, I choose to be on that same path. To go where I’m asked, needed, with only guardrails and desired results. Somewhere that the energy and passion and heart that I put into my work will make an impact not only in the businesses where I venture, but in the people I encounter along the way.
